Bs.As., 22/6/2004 VISTO lo propuesto por el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, y  CONSIDERANDO: Que oportunamente el Gobierno de NUEVA ZELANDIA concedió el placet de estilo al señor D.Pedro Raúl HERRERA, para su designación como Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario de la República ante dicho Estado. Que el PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL se halla facultado para disponer en la materia, de acuerdo con las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 7º, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL. Por ello,  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA: ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario de la República en NUEVA ZELANDIA, al señor Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario D.Pedro Raúl HERRERA (M.I.Nº 6.517.623). ARTICULO 2º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto se imputarán a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.
