Acéptase la renuncia de su titular.
PROCURACION DEL TESORO DE LA NACION

VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la Constitución Nacional.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

Artículo 1° - Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Doctor D. Carlos Alberto SANCHEZ HERRERA (D.N.I. N° 4.614.395) al cargo de Procurador del Tesoro de la Nación.

Art. 2° - Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
