Decreto Nº 878/2004

JUSTICIA

Nómbrase Titular del Juzgado Federal de Ejecuciones Fiscales Tributarias Nº 6.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello, 

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ FEDERAL a cargo del JUZGADO FEDERAL DE EJECUCIONES FISCALES TRIBUTARIAS Nº 6, al doctor Guillermo Mario GALLI (D.N.I.Nº 18.538.424).

ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo Beliz.
