Decreto Nº 929/2004 PROCURACION DEL TESORO DE LA NACION   Acéptase la renuncia de su titular.  Bs.As., 26/7/2004  VISTO la renuncia del Doctor D. Horacio Daniel ROSATTI al cargo de PROCURADOR   DEL TESORO DE LA NACION, y las atribuciones acordadas por el artículo 99, inciso   7, de la Constitución Nacional.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  Artículo 1º — Acéptase la renuncia del Doctor D. Horacio Daniel ROSATTI (D.N.I.   Nº 12.696.450) al cargo de PROCURADOR DEL TESORO DE LA NACION.  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. - KIRCHNER. — Alberto A. Fernández.
