JUSTICIA INTERNACIONAL

Nómbrase el Candidato Argentino en la Corte Penal Internacional.

VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

Por ello,

LA PRESIDENTA DE LA NACION ARGENTINA

DECRETA:

Artículo 1º — Nómbrase Candidato Argentino en la CORTE PENAL INTERNACIONAL a la señora doctora Silvia Alejandra FERNANDEZ de GURMENDI (D.N.I. Nº 11.193.353).

Art. 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — FERNANDEZ DE KIRCHNER. — Julio C. Alak.
