Decreto Nº 932/2004 SINDICATURA GENERAL DE LA NACION  Acéptase la renuncia de su titular.  Bs.As., 26/7/2004  VISTO la renuncia del Doctor D. Alberto Juan Bautista IRIBARNE al cargo de SINDICO   GENERAL DE LA NACION, y las atribuciones acordadas por el artículo 99, inciso   7, de la Constitución Nacional.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  Artículo 1º — Acéptase la renuncia del Doctor D. Alberto Juan Bautista IRIBARNE   (L.E. Nº 8.362.625) al cargo de SINDICO GENERAL DE LA NACION.  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER. — Alberto A. Fernández.
