Decreto Nº 990/2004 JUSTICIA  Nómbrase Juez de la Cámara Federal de Apelaciones de General Roca, Provincia   de Río Negro.  Bs.As., 2/8/2004  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ DE LA CAMARA FEDERAL DE APELACIONES DE GENERAL ROCA   (Provincia de Río Negro), al doctor Ricardo Guido BARREIRO (D.N.I.Nº 14.046.716).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Horacio D.Rosatti.
