Decreto Nº 991/2004 JUSTICIA  Nómbrase titular del Juzgado Federal de Ejecuciones Fiscales Tributarias Nº   4.  Bs.As., 2/8/2004  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ FEDERAL a cargo del JUZGADO FEDERAL DE EJECUCIONES   FISCALES TRIBUTARIAS Nº 4, al doctor Fernando Gustavo SANZ DE URQUIZA (D.N.I.Nº   4.616.581).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Horacio D.Rosatti.
