Decreto Nº 993/2004 JUSTICIA  Nómbrase Juez de la Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Criminal y Correccional   de la Capital Federal, Sala IV.  Bs.As., 2/8/2004  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ DE LA CAMARA NACIONAL DE APELACIONES EN LO CRIMINAL   Y CORRECCIONAL DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL, SALA IV, a la doctora María Laura GARRIGOS   DE REBORI (D.N.I.Nº 10.984.369).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Horacio D.Rosatti.
