 Decreto Nº 995/2004 JUSTICIA  Nómbrase Juez de Cámara en el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal de la Provincia   del Neuquén.  Bs.As., 2/8/2004  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ DE CAMARA EN EL TRIBUNAL ORAL EN LO CRIMINAL FEDERAL   DE LA PROVINCIA DEL NEUQUEN, al doctor Orlando Arcángel COSCIA (D.N.I.Nº 14.011.044).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Horacio D.Rosatti.
