PROCURACION DEL TESORO DE LA NACION

Desígnase a su titular.

VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

Artículo 1° — Desígnase Procurador del Tesoro de la Nación, al Doctor D.Horacio Daniel ROSATTI (D.N.I.N° 12.696.450).

Artículo 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo Beliz.
