Ley 25.860 CONMEMORACIONES  Institúyese el 16 de julio como Día de los Intereses Argentinos en el Mar, en   homenaje al nacimiento del Almirante Segundo R.Storni.Sancionada:Diciembre 4 de 2003.  Promulgada:Enero 8 de 2004.El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos   en Congreso, etc.sancionan con fuerza de Ley:ARTICULO 1° — Institúyese el día 16 de julio como Día de los Intereses Argentinos   en el Mar, en homenaje al nacimiento del Almirante Segundo R.STORNI.  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo nacional.DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS   AIRES, A LOS CUATRO DIAS DEL MES DE DICIEMBRE DEL AÑO DOS MIL TRES.  — REGISTRADO BAJO EL N° 25.860 — EDUARDO O.CAMAÑO.— MARCELO A.GUINLE.— Eduardo   D.Rollano.— Juan Estrada.Decreto N° 33/2004   Bs.As., 8/1/2004   POR TANTO:  Téngase por Ley de la Nación N° 25.860 cúmplase, comuníquese, publíquese, dése   a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Alberto   A.Fernández.— Aníbal D.Fernández.
