Ley 25.942 DEPORTE PODER LEGISLATIVO NACIONALComisión Nacional Antidoping.Integración.Se agrega un representante de la Confederación Argentina de Deportes.Sancionada:Octubre 6 de 2004 Promulgada:Octubre 27 de 2004 El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc.sancionan con fuerza de Ley:ARTICULO 1º — Agréguese como último párrafo del artículo 4º de la Ley 24.819, el siguiente:Un representante de la Confederación Argentina de Deportes.ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS SEIS DIAS DEL MES DE OCTUBRE DEL AÑO DOS MIL CUATRO.— REGISTRADA BAJO EL Nº 25.942 — EDUARDO O.CAMAÑO.— MARCELO A.GUINLE.— Eduardo D.Rollano.— Juan H.Estrada.Decreto 1498/2004 Bs.As., 27/10/2004 POR TANTO:Téngase por Ley de la Nación Nº 25.942 cúmplase, comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.— KIRCHNER.— Alberto A.Fernández.— Aníbal D.Fernández.
