 Boletín Oficial 28/05/03 PROCURACION DEL TESORO DE LA NACION Decreto 1303/2003 Acéptase la renuncia de su titular.

VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7, de la CONSTITUCIONNACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTEDE LA NACION ARGENTINADECRETA:

Artículo 1º - Acéptase a partir del 25 de mayode 2003, la renuncia presentada por el señor doctorD. Rubén Miguel CITARA (D.N.I. Nº 8.487.332)al cargo de Procurador del Tesoro de la Nación.

Art. 2º - Agradécese al funcionario renunciantelos valiosos servicios prestados en el cumplimientode su cargo.

Art. 3º - Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a laDirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
