EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase Subsecretario de Relaciones Laborales de la Secretaría   de Trabajo del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL, al Dr.D.Guillermo   Esteban Jesús ALONSO NAVONE (D.N.I.Nº 10.126.173).
