Decreto 326/2003

Desígnanse Director Nacional y Subdirector Nacional en dicha Fuerza de Seguridad.

VISTO el Expediente Nº 138.842/03 del registro del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA, SEGURIDAD Y DERECHOS HUMANOS, y en uso de las facultades que le otorga el artículo 99 inciso 7) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

Artículo 1º - Desígnase Director Nacional de Gendarmería, al Comandante General D. Eduardo Luis GONZALEZ (M.I. Nº 6.264.449).

Art. 2º - Desígnase Subdirector Nacional de Gendarmería, al Comandante General D. Gerardo Cristian Daniel CHAUMONT (M.I. Nº 7.599.981).

Art. 3º - Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
