Ley   26.593 CONTRATO   DE TRABAJO Plazo   de pago de las indemnizaciones por extinción de contrato de trabajo.   Sancionada:   Abril 28 de 2010.Promulgada   de Hecho: Mayo 19 de 2010. El   Senado y Cámara de Diputadosde   la Nación Argentinareunidos   en Congreso, etc.sancionan   con fuerza deLey:PLAZO   DE PAGO DE LAS INDEMNIZACIONESPOR   EXTINCIONDE   CONTRATO DE TRABAJOARTICULO   1º — Incorporar como artículo 255 bis de la Ley Nº 20.744 (t.o. 1976),   el siguiente texto:Artículo   255 bis: Plazo de Pago. El pago de las remuneraciones e indemnizaciones que   correspondieren por la extinción del contrato de trabajo, cualquiera   sea su causa, se efectuará dentro de los plazos previstos en el artículo   128 computados desde la fecha de extinción de la relación laboral.ARTICULO   2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo nacional.DADA   EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS VEINTIOCHO   DIAS DEL MES DE ABRIL DEL AÑO DOS MIL DIEZ.—   REGISTRADA BAJO EL Nº 26.593 —JULIO   C.
