Decreto Nº 327/2003   PAPEL PRENSA  Desígnanse Directores Titulares, en representación   de las acciones Clase “B” del Estado Nacional en Papel Prensa Sociedad Anónima,   Industrial, Comercial, Forestal y de Mandatos.  Bs.As., 4/7/2003  VISTO el Artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  Artículo 1º — Desígnanse como Directores Titulares, en representación de las   acciones Clase “B” del ESTADO NACIONAL en PAPEL PRENSA SOCIEDAD ANONIMA, INDUSTRIAL,   COMERCIAL, FORESTAL y de MANDATOS, al Contador D.Eduardo Marcelo KOHAN (M.I.Nº   8.288.986) y al Ingeniero D.Miguel Dante DOVENA (M.I.Nº 8.649.238).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Roberto Lavagna.
