 Ley   26.597JORNADA   DE TRABAJO  Modifícase   la Ley Nº 11.544.Sancionada:   Mayo 19 de 2010Promulgada   de Hecho: Junio 10 de 2010 El   Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en   Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley:ARTICULO   1º — Sustitúyese el inciso a) del artículo 3º de la Ley Nº   11.544, por el siguiente:Artículo   3º: En las explotaciones comprendidas en el artículo 1º, se admiten las   siguientes excepciones:a)   Cuando se trate de directores y gerentes.ARTICULO   2º — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo nacional.DADA   EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS DIECINUEVE   DIAS DEL MES DE MAYO DEL AÑO DOS MIL DIEZ.—   REGISTRADA BAJO EL Nº 26.597 —JOSE   J.
