Decreto 333/2003

Desígnase Prefecto Nacional Naval y Subprefecto Nacional Naval.

VISTO el Expediente Nº 138.841/03 del registro del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA, SEGURIDAD Y DERECHOS HUMANOS y en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99 inciso 7) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.

EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:

Artículo 1º - Desígnase Prefecto Nacional Naval al señor Prefecto General D. Carlos Edgardo FERNANDEZ (M.I. Nº 5.515.673).

Art. 2º - Desígnase Subprefecto Nacional Naval al señor Prefecto General D. Ricardo RODRIGUEZ (M.I. Nº 6.184.953).

Art. 3º - Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.
