Decreto Nº 371/2003   ADMINISTRACIÓN GENERAL DE PUERTOS   Desígnase Interventor del mencionado organismo de la órbita de la Subsecretaría   de Puertos y Vías Navegables de la Secretaría de Transporte.  Bs.As., 10/7/2003  VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION   NACIONAL, el Decreto Nº 491 de fecha 12 de marzo de 2002 y el Decreto Nº 19   de fecha 3 de enero de 2003.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Desígnase al señor D.Luis Angel DIEZ (M.I.Nº 4.627.558), en el   cargo de Interventor de la ADMINISTRACION GENERAL DE PUERTOS SOCIEDAD DEL ESTADO,   organismo actuante en la órbita de la SUBSECRETARIA DE PUERTOS Y VIAS NAVEGABLES   de la SECRETARIA DE TRANSPORTE del MINISTERIO DE PLANIFICACION FEDERAL, INVERSION   PUBLICA Y SERVICIOS.  ARTICULO 2 — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Julio M.De Vido.
