Decreto Nº 378/2003   ENTE TRIPARTITO DE OBRAS Y SERVICIOS SANITARIOS     Acéptase la renuncia de un Director en representación del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional   y desígnase a su reemplazante.  Bs.As., 10/7/2003  VISTOS el artículo 99, incisos 1 y 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase la renuncia del Licenciado D.Sergio Adrián MILEO (M.I.Nº   14.011.592) en el cargo de Director del ENTE TRIPARTITO DE OBRAS Y SERVICIOS   SANITARIOS (ETOSS) en representación del PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL.  ARTICULO 2º — Desígnase al Licenciado D.Roberto IGLESIAS (M.I.Nº 4.374.880)   en el cargo de Director del ENTE TRIPARTITO DE OBRAS Y SERVICIOS SANITARIOS   (ETOSS) en representación del PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL.  ARTICULO 3º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER — Julio M.De Vido.
