TELECOMUNICACIONESTELECOMUNICACIONESLey 24.687 ,Modifícase el articulo 54 de la ley Nº 19.798.Sancionada: Agosto 21 de 1996Promulgada de hecho: Setiembre 13 de 1996El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso. etc sancionan con fuerza de Ley:ARTICULO 1º-Modifícase el artículo 54 de la Ley Nacional de Telecomunicaciones N°19.798, el que quedara redactado de la siguiente forma:Artículo 84: Los telegramas expedidos, se archivaran por tres años salvo los colacionados , expedidos y recibidos, que se conservarán durante cinco años.ARTICULO 2º.-Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo. - MARCELO E. LOPEZ ARIAS. -EDUARDO MENEM. - Esther H. Pereyra Arandía de Pérez Pardo.-Edgardo Piuzzi.DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO. EN BUENOS, AIRES.
