Ley 24

Ley 24.736

Sancionada: Noviembre 13 de 1996.

Promulgada de Hecho: Diciembre 6 de 1996.

El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso. etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley:

ARTICULO 1°-Reimplántase la vigencia de la Ley 23.278.

ARTICULO 2°-Sustitúyese el articulo 2° de la misma por el siguiente:

El reconocimiento del periodo de inactividad deberá solicitarse ante la Administración Nacional de Seguridad Social. sin plazo de prescripción.

ARTICULO 3°-Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.

DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS TRECE DIAS DEL MES DE NOVIEMBRE DEL AÑO MIL NOVECIENTOS NOVENTA Y SEIS.
