Ley 24Ley 24.733Sancionada: Noviembre 13 de 1996.Promulgada de Hecho: Diciembre 6 de 1996.El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc., sancionan con fuerza de Ley:ARTICULO 1° -Agréguese a continuación del inciso 3) del articulo 98 de la Ley 24.241 e siguiente párralo:"III. Si alguno de los derechohabientes perdiera el derecho a la percepción del beneficio. se recalculará el beneficio de los otros derechohabientes con exclusión de éste, de acuerdo a lo establecido en este inciso".ARTICULO 2º -Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO.
