Ley Nº 24.808
Modificación de la Ley 23.091.
Sancionada: Abril 23 de 1997.

El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc. sancionan con fuerza de Ley:
ARTICULO 1º-Incorpórase como artículo 29 bis de la Ley 23.091 el siguiente:
La disposición contenida en el artículo 8° resulta aplicable a los restantes destinos locativos previstos en la presente ley.
ARTICULO 2°-Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS VEINTITRES DIAS DEL MES DE ABRIL DEL AÑO MIL NOVECIENTOS NOVENTA Y SIETE.
