Ley N° 24.886

Condecórase a Personal Militar.

Sancionada: noviembre 5 de 1997.

Promulgada: noviembre 25 de 1997.

El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la

Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso. etc., sancionan con fuerza de Ley:

ARTICULO 1°-Condecórase con la Medalla "La Nación Argentina al heróico valor en combate Post-Mortem" a:

-Coronel don Hernán Carlos Pita(NI 13.815) (post mortem), segundo jefe del Regimiento de Infantería I "Patricios".

-Teniente coronel don Federico Alberto Pedernera (N1 201.178) (post mortem) jefe de operaciones del Regimiento de Infantería I "Patricios".

ARTICULO 2°-Condecórase con la Medalla "La Nación Argentina al herido en combate" a:

- Capitán don Mario Héctor Juares (NI 232.154), oficial de la Escuela de Infantería.

-Teniente primero don Alberto César Maciel (NI 252.511) oficial del Regimiento de Infantería "Patricios".

ARTICULO 3°-Condecórase con la Medalla "La Nación Argentina al muerto en combate" a:

-Cabo (post mortem) Javier Humberto Gómez (clase 1971, DNI 22.067.896).

-Cabo (post mortem) Alejandro Daniel Greco (clase 1971. DNI 21.498.954).

ARTICULO 4º-Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.

DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS VEINTINUEVE DIAS DEL MES DE OCTUBRE DEL AÑO MIL NOVECIENTOS NOVENTA Y SIETE.
