COPARTICIPACION FEDERAL DE RECURSOS FISCALESCOPARTICIPACION FEDERAL DE RECURSOS FISCALESLey 25.049Modifícase el primer párrafo, "in fine", del artículo 10 de la Ley Nº 23.548.Sancionada: Noviembre 11 de 1998.Promulgada de Hecho: Diciembre 10 de 1998.B.O: 14/12/98El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc., sancionan con fuerza de Ley:ARTICULO 1º- Modifícase el primer párrafo, "in fine", del artículo 10 de la Ley Nº 23.548 de la siguiente manera:"Su asiento será fijado por la Comisión Federal en sesión plenaria con la asistencia de por lo menos dos tercios de los estados representados".ARTICULO 2º- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo nacional.DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS ONCE DIAS DEL MES DE NOVIEMBRE DEL AÑO MIL NOVECIENTOS NOVENTA Y OCHO.-REGISTRADO BAJO EL N° 25.0-ALBERTO R.
