LEY 12.087

 

EL SENADO Y CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY

 

ARTICULO 1º: Suspéndese por ciento ochenta (180) días la aplicación de todos los sistemas de comprobación de velocidad vehicular que se efectúa por radares fotográficos dentro de la jurisdicción Provincial.

 

ARTICULO 2º : Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo
