LEY 25LEY 25.372SOLIDARIDAD PREVISIONAL Fecha de publicación: B.O.: 02/01/2001Sancionada: Noviembre 29 de 2000 Promulgada de Hecho: Diciembre 28 de 2000El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc., sancionan con fuerza de Ley.ARTICULO 1° — Incórporase como artículo 7° bis de la Ley 24.463, de solidaridad previsional, el siguiente:Artículo 7° bis: No se entenderán como movilidades las reliquidaciones por rectificación que deban efectuarse en el haber de prestación de las jubilaciones y pensiones, cuya causa fueren errores materiales y/u omisiones producidos por la ANSeS o la repartición de origen.ARTICULO 2° — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DEL CONGRESO ARGENTINO, EN BUENOS AIRES, A LOS VEINTINUEVE DIAS DEL MES DE NOVIEMBRE DEL AÑO DOS MIL.—REGISTRADA BAJO EL N° 25.372—RAFAEL PASCUAL. — MARIO A.
