              LEY 17171CÓDIGO DE JUSTICIA MILITARModificaciónsanc. 16/2/1967; promul. 16/2/1967; publ. 24/2/1967El presidente de la Nación Argentina sanciona y promulga con fuerza de ley:Art. 1.– Sustitúyese en el art. 553  del Código de Justicia Militar (ley 14029) las palabras “del sueldo” por: “de sus haberes”.Art. 2.– Sustitúyese en el art. 566  del Código de Justicia Militar las palabras “del sueldo correspondiente” por: “de los haberes correspondientes”.Art. 3.– Suprímese en el art. 567  del Código de Justicia Militar las palabras “de sueldo”.Art. 4.– Sustitúyese en el art. 570  del Código de Justicia Militar las palabras “medio sueldo” por: “la mitad de sus haberes”.Art. 5.– Comuníquese, etc.Onganía – Lanusse
