Decreto Nº 664/2003   PERSONAL MILITAR  Estado Mayor General de la Fuerza Aérea. Promoción.  Bs.As., 26/8/2003  VISTO lo propuesto por el señor Ministro de Defensa, el acuerdo prestado por   el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION, lo determinado por los Artículos 45 y 49 de   la Ley Nº 19.101 para el Personal Militar y en uso de las facultades que le   acuerda el Artículo 99, inciso 13 de la Constitución de la Nación Argentina.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Promuévese al grado inmediato superior con fecha 27 de mayo de   2003, al Brigadier D.Carlos Alberto ROHDE (2414) – L.E.Nº 7.930.665, perteneciente   al Cuerpo de Comando “A”.  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO   OFICIAL y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— José J.B.Pampuro.
