              LEY 20580CÓDIGO DE PROCEDIMIENTOS EN MATERIA PENALReformas. Ratificaciónsanc. 28/11/1973; promul. 24/12/1973; publ. 2/1/1974El Senado y la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina, reunidos en Congreso, sancionan con fuerza de ley:Art. 1.– Ratifícase, con alcance y vigencia de ley, las reformas aportadas a los arts. 28  y 596  del Código de Procedimientos en Materia Penal (ley 2392), por las llamadas leyes 17567  y 17812 .Art. 2.– Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.Lastiri – Allende – Rocamora – Cantoni
