Decreto Nº 721/2003   JUSTICIA Nómbrase Juez de la Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones   en lo Criminal y Correccional de la Capital Federal, Sala I.  Bs.As., 3/9/2003  VISTO el acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION y en uso de las   facultades que le otorga el artículo 99, inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Nómbrase JUEZ de la CAMARA NACIONAL de APELACIONES en lo CRIMINAL   Y CORRECCIONAL de la CAPITAL FEDERAL SALA I, al señor doctor Gustavo Alfredo   BRUZZONE (D.N.I.Nº 12.267.305).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo Beliz.
