Decreto Nº 874/2003  POLICIA FEDERAL ARGENTINA  Cese del Jefe de la citada fuerza de seguridad.  Bs.As., 7/10/2003  VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 1 de la Constitución Nacional.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1° — Cese, a partir del 2 de octubre de 2003, en el cargo de Jefe de   la POLICIA FEDERAL ARGENTINA, el Comisario General D.Roberto Eduardo GIACOMINO   (M.I.N° 6.082.582).  ARTICULO 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo Beliz.
