Modificaciónsanc. 7/11/1996; promul. 27/11/1996; publ. 5/12/1996El Senado y la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso sancionan con fuerza de ley:Art. 1.– Agréguese al inc. d del art. 44  de la ley 20464 como párr. 2 el siguiente:“Exceptúanse a los investigadores asistentes que, habiendo obtenido informe aceptable por parte de la Comisión Asesora respectiva, la Junta de Calificación y Promoción aconsejó su promoción”.Art. 2.– Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.Pierri – Menem – Pereyra Arandía de Pérez Pardo – Piuzzi
