                    LEY 24920  IMPUESTO AL VALOR AGREGADORégimen legal. Ley  Régimen. Modificación  sanc. 9/12/1997; promul. 29/12/1997; publ. 31/12/1997    El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc., sancionan con fuerza de ley:      Art. 1.- Incorpórase a la L 23349 de impuesto del valor agregado (t.o. según D 280/97 ), en el art. 7 , inc. h), ap. 16, el pto. 9.   9. Los intereses de préstamos u operaciones bancarias y financieras en general cuando el tomador sean las provincias o municipios.      Art. 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
