                         LEY 25225  CÓDIGO DE MINERÍA  Modificación  sanc. 24/11/1999; promul. de hecho 27/12/1999; publ. 29/12/1999    El Senado y Cámara de Diputados de la Nación Argentina reunidos en Congreso, etc., sancionan con fuerza de ley:      Art. 1.- Sustitúyese el inc. c) del art. 3  del Código de Minería por el siguiente:   Art. 3.- Inc. c) el arsénico, cuarzo, feldespato, mica, fluorita, fosfatos calizos, azufre, boratos y wollastonita;      Art. 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.    PIERRI - MENEM - PEREYRA ARANDÍA DE PÉREZ PARDO - OYARZÚN.             NORMA CITADA: Código de Minería -D 456/-: LA -B-1549.
