Decreto Nº 958/2003  JUSTICIA Acéptase la renuncia al cargo de Juez de la Cámara Federal de Apelaciones   de Posadas.  Bs.As., 23/10/2003  VISTO el expediente Nº 103750315 del registro de PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACION, y  CONSIDERANDO:  Que la señora doctora Norma Myriam Natividad VIGNEAUX ha presentado su renuncia,   al cargo de JUEZ DE LA CAMARA FEDERAL DE APELACIONES DE POSADAS (PROVINCIA DE   MISIONES).  Que es necesario proceder a su aceptación.  Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo   99 inciso 4) de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.  Por ello,   EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Acéptase, la renuncia presentada por la señora doctora Norma Myriam   Natividad VIGNEAUX (L.C.Nº 2.431.271), al cargo de JUEZ DE LA CAMARA FEDERAL   DE APELACIONES DE POSADAS (PROVINCIA DE MISIONES).  ARTICULO 2º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Gustavo Beliz.
