Decreto Nº 990/2003  MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO   Dase por designado Subsecretario de Culto, asignándole la categoría de Embajador   Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario.  Bs.As., 30/10/2003  VISTO el artículo 99, inciso 7.de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL y atento a razones   de servicio.  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:  ARTICULO 1º — Dase por designado a partir del 1º de setiembre de 2003, Subsecretario   de Culto de la Secretaría de Culto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES,   COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, al señor D.Héctor MASQUELET (M.I.Nº 11.534.563).  ARTICULO 2º — Asígnase la categoría de Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario,   al solo efecto del rango protocolar, al señor D.Héctor MASQUELET, mientras dure   su desempeño como Subsecretario de Culto del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES,   COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, conforme lo establece el artículo 6º de la Ley   del Servicio Exterior de la Nación.  ARTICULO 3º — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto serán   atendidos con cargo a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del MINISTERIO   DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO.  ARTICULO 4º — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro   Oficial y archívese. — KIRCHNER.— Alberto A.Fernández.— Rafael A.Bielsa.
