 Ley 23.516Ley de extensión del IVA a la producción agropecuaria.EL SENADO Y CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA NACION ARGENTINA REUNIDOS EN CONGRESO, ETC., SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY:ARTICULO 1.- Nota de redacción: (MODIFICA LEY 22817 - 19-0-26)ARTICULO 2.- Las adquisiciones en el mercado interno sólo generarán derecho a cómputo si son efectuadas a responsables inscriptos al impuesto al valor agregado y se encontrarán repaldadas por factura o documento equivalente emitido conforme las disposiciones tributarias en vigor. El impuesto deberá indicarse por nota en la factura o documento equivalente cuando su discriminación estuviera vedada en el régimen del impuesto al valor agregado, inclusive para las operaciones realizadas con los responsables del título V -régimen simplificado.ARTICULO 3.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.FIRMANTESPUGLIESE - OTERO - BRAVO - MACRIS
