Title: DESPIDO INDIRECTO, ABUSO DE LA FACULTAD DE ALTERAR UNILATERALMENTE EL CONTRATO DE TRABAJO

Atento a la intimación formulada en el colacionado N° ...... de fecha ......... y no
habiéndoseme reintegrado a mi tarea habitual de ......... me considero injuriado por
cambio injustificado de anteriores condiciones de trabajo, por lo que me considero
despedido. Intimo pago 24 horas salarios pendientes e indemnizaciones de ley. Caso
contrario accionaré judicialmente. Colaciónese.
